In general the staff were very very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was set in a remote area right by the Airport and the 2 restaurants and ferry. It also was in the mountains.

The property is clean. Reasonably large and cozy rooms. - Great bed. - the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. - Managed the parking onsite. - the bar is delightful. - A very nice experience. - Would definitely stop here again.

Friendly hotel, had very nice stay.
Clean hotel, appreciated to be so close to the main square, and ferry from Punta Arenas thanks to particularly good location. The staff was very kind and welcoming and responsive to requests. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, pay television, and coffee/tea making facilities. Was an excellent base for trip.
